This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT support and delivering exceptional customer service.*Responsibilities** Respond to client calls and emails promptly and professionally* Create and manage help desk tickets with detailed documentation* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and onsite* Prepare and deploy new systems* Repair and maintain existing systems* Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to clients* Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support*Qualifications Required** A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)* Associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.* Strong knowledge Windows Desktop or Laptop hardware, software, and networking* Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Server OS* Proficient with Microsoft 365* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* xijylhu Ability to lift/move IT equipment* Desire for continued education and professional growth*Work Environment** In-office position (not remote)* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM* Occasional nights and weekends required* On call rotationJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.15 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* IT support: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Drivers License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Phoenixville, PA 19460 (Required)Work Location: In person
