This role supports continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance programs, and rapid response to equipment failures in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, injection molding presses, robotics, conveyors, and automation systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRespond quickly to production downtime and execute root cause analysis to prevent recurrenceRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, PLC logic, and technical manualsPerform PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent preferred)Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and TPM initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts usageEnsure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policiesCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goalsAssist with equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioningMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S)Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred3+ years of maintenance experience in an automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, servos, sensors, and roboticsAbility to work in a fast-paced, just-in-time manufacturing environmentWillingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime, and be on-call as requiredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience with injection molding, stamping, welding, or automated assembly linesPLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experienceFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma conceptsOSHA safety training or equivalent certificationsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in industrial environments with exposure to noise, heat, and machineryManual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safelyCompetenciesMechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSense of urgency and accountabilityTeam-oriented mindsetCommitment to safety and qualityEqual Employment Opportunity StatementXinquan Texas Automotive Interiors LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. xijylhu Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
