Structural Engineer - PhiladelphiaDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join a growing team in Philadelphia, supporting the design, analysis, and rehabilitation of building structures across commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects.Key Responsibilities:Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structuresPrepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports in line with project requirementsConduct site visits, field investigations, and structural assessments of existing buildingsSupport renovation, adaptive reuse, and rehabilitation projectsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects efficientlyAssist in construction administration, including shop drawing reviews and site observationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)EIT required; P.E. license or progression toward licensure preferred3-8+ years of experience in structural design or existing buildingsProficiency in structural design software (e.g., xijylhu ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, Revit)Strong understanding of applicable codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)Preferred:Experience with existing buildings, restoration, or building envelope systemsExposure to forensic investigations or condition assessmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and project teams
