Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Association Manager, based in Dallas, TX, with opportunities for remote work as needed. The Community Association Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned community associations, including managing budgets, coordinating maintenance projects, and addressing homeowner inquiries. Key responsibilities include enforcing community policies, overseeing vendor contracts, organizing board meetings, producing reports, and maintaining strong communication with board members and residents to promote a vibrant community environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge in community association management and familiarity with HOA regulationsExcellent organizational skills, ability to manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with board members, homeowners, and staff professionallyProficiency in administrative xijylhu tasks such as drafting reports, managing meetings, and maintaining accurate recordsProficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office toolsProblem-solving skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a high sense of professionalismRelevant certifications such as CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or AMS (Association Management Specialist) preferredAbility to work independently in a hybrid work environment, balancing office presence with remote tasks
