We partner with global leaders like *LG Electronics (LGE)* to support the development and quality assurance of cutting-edge *Communication Central Units (CCU)* and *Infotainment (AVN)* systems for premium vehicle brands, including *Genesis* and *Hyundai Motor Group*.*The Opportunity*As a Development Engineer I, you will bridge the gap between LGE's manufacturing excellence and the *Hyundai Motor Quality Center*. This entry-level role is ideal for a results-driven individual looking to build a career in the innovative world of vehicle mobility and telematics.*Key Responsibilities** *Issue Management:* Assist in resolving software issues and communicate directly with customers to handle technical requests.* *Collaboration:* Work alongside OEM and LGE developers to analyze requirements and support feature implementation for CCU or Infotainment systems.* *Reporting:* Maintain and publish weekly development progress reports and technical issue logs for customer engineering teams.* *Testing & Quality:* Conduct software testing and debugging on-site to ensure the highest quality standards are met before vehicle integration.* *Cross-Functional Communication:* Act as a main point of contact for communication between LGE HQ teams and the Hyundai Motor Quality Center.* *Process Alignment:* Follow both LG internal development processes and specific customer acceptance protocols.*Qualifications** *Being bilingual* *(English and Korean) is preferred** *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.* *Experience:* Entry-level (0-2 years) experience in automotive component development or testing is a plus.* *Technical Knowledge:* Familiarity with Vehicle Infotainment, Telematics, or Vehicle Interface technology is preferred.* *Software Skills:* Basic understanding of C, C++, or embedded systems is advantageous.* *Physical Requirements:* Ability to sit for testing/driving (up to 4 hours) and lift samples or test benches weighing up to 30 lbs.* *Travel:* Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) and work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines. xijylhu *Preferred Skills** *Bilingual (English/Korean):* Highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication and technical reporting between local teams and Korean HQ.* *Learning Agility:* A strong desire to learn constantly and dive into unfamiliar technologies.Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offLanguage:* Korean (Preferred)Work Location: In person
