Our expertise supports organizations in staying competitive and technologically advanced.*Role Description*This full-time, entry-level technical position, located in the Greater Pittsburgh area, is responsible for maintaining high-quality white-glove IT services and support for our clients. Our goal is to deliver excellent technical and non-technical support with exceptional customer service and follow-through. This position is part of the Service team so candidates must be passionate about technology, highly skilled at providing amazing customer service, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provide helpdesk support and resolve incidents and requests to the end user's satisfaction2. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the support desk3. Provide backup to the Service Coordinator during breaks and absences as needed4. Document all time, tickets, and notes before the end of each day5. Document internal procedures6. Assist with onboarding of new users7. Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software8. Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation as needed9. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software10. Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory11. Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:1. CompTIA A+ or within the first 6 months2. Basic comprehension of network setups and configurations3. 1 - 3 years of experience working in IT Service Team/MSP Team Environment4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)5. PSA Experience (ConnectWise, Autotask, TigerPaw)SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:1. Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting methodologies2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills3. Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices is a plus4. Perceived capacity to exude personal credibility and professional integrity5. Positive attitude towards people and problems6. Ability to self-start, work independently, and achieve high standards to meet multiple deadlines7. Explicitly proficient communicator, including writing, speaking, proofreading, and computer skills8.
