The IT Systems Administrator / IT Manager will oversee networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and user support across the organization. This is a hands-on, single-point-of-accountability role requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day technical execution.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage and maintain all network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi systems)* Oversee cybersecurity measures including endpoint protection, firewalls, backups, and threat monitoring* Administer and support all PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware* Install, configure, and maintain business-critical software systems* Provide help desk support to staff across office and nursery operations* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls* Ensure reliable data backup systems and disaster recovery planning* Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues* Coordinate with third-party vendors, software providers, and IT service partners as needed* Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations* Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and new technology solutions* Support operational systems tied to nursery production, inventory, and logistics*Qualifications:** 5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience (small-to-mid size business preferred)* Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices* Experience managing Windows environments (servers and workstations)* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud services, and backup solutions* Proven ability to independently manage all aspects of an IT environment* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff* Ability to prioritize xijylhu and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment*Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems* Basic understanding of VoIP systems and surveillance/security cameras*Compensation & Benefits:** Competitive salary based on experience* 401k w/Match* Health benefits package* Paid time off and holidays* Opportunity to build and shape the IT infrastructure of a growing operation*Work Environment:** Combination of office and on-site support across nursery facilities* Occasional after-hours work for maintenance or urgent issuesJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
