Most importantly, we strive to have fun while doing excellent work for our clients.We're seeking a team oriented, self-motivated Senior IT Systems Technician (or hands-on IT Manager) to support day-to-day IT operations across multiple offices and remote employees in a fun fast paced environment.This role is focused on end-user support, device management, account administration, and maintaining a stable IT environment. Strategic projects and major system implementations are handled separately.The hire is expected to operate with minimum supervision and manage their daily activities. An excellent communicator, they can identify and raise potential problems, omissions, risks, and feel comfortable escalating problems in a timely manner and manage them to closure. They are self-motivated, excel when challenged, and take initiative to raise the quality bar.Key Responsibilities:End-User Support & Operations:Provide Tier IT support for multiple offices and remote staffTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport laptops, docks, monitors, printers, and accessoriesHandle escalations beyond basic helpdeskUser Provisioning / Deprovisioning:Manage onboarding/offboarding:Account creation (Microsoft 365, SaaS apps)Device setup and deploymentAccess/permissions managementEnsure consistent, secure user lifecycle processesDevice & Endpoint Management:Provision and maintain laptops (primarily Windows, some Mac/iOS)Manage inventory of devices and accessoriesMaintain endpoint security and patchingMicrosoft 365 Administration:Administer Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePointManage distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and licensingIdentity & Access:Support SSO environment (OneLogin or similar)Manage user access across business applicationsAssist with MFA and security enforcementInfrastructure Support (Light):Monitor and support VPN connectivity and office networksSupport basic server and cloud connectivityEscalate major issues to external partners when neededTelecom & Mobility:Support mobile environment (iPhones)Administer xijylhu JAMF (or similar MDM)Assist with VOIP system (CallTower)Systems & Tools (Required Experience):Core:Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Admin Center)Windows OS administrationExperience with Imaging ToolsBasic networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP concepts)Identity & Device Management:OneLogin / Okta / Azure AD (SSO concepts)Intune and/or JAMF (MDM)Other Tools (Preferred):CallTower or similar VOIP systemsGeneral SaaS administrationIdeal Candidate Profile:5-10 years in IT support / systems administrationExperience working in a multi-office environmentComfortable being the primary onsite IT presenceStrong troubleshooting and user-facing communication skillsCollaborative experience working alongside MSPs and other vendorsCompensation:Salary Range: $80K - $105K
