That is Questeq.What you will be doing:The Technology Director (On-Site) will lead the talented team at the Greensburg Salem School District. You will be the primary interface between Questeq and the educational institution and will be responsible for managing the overall education technology delivery model.Essential Job Functions:Works pro-actively with the district's administrative team to achieve district goalsParticipates in the district's administrative team meetings (as required)Leads or serves as a member of the customer's technology committee (based on customer requirements)Serves as the primary contact for all technology-related communicationCommunicates effectively with all levels of the school system staffProactively manages the IT support staffOversees and executes the onsite day to day technical support and network operationsImproves network, desktop hardware and software processes and supports critical business strategiesManages and coordinates projectsCompiles project status reportsCoordinates project schedulesLeads project meetingsIdentifies and resolves technical problemsDevelops and manages the district technology budget and purchasing process according to established district business practicesManages and maintains software licensesSupervises the system-wide inventory of technology assets as defined between the school district and QuesteqIdentify technology infrastructure current and future needsRecommend technology improvementsConduct periodic district staff training for new applications or technology processesManages and tracks call ticket queue, ticket documentation and time to close metricsAnalyze ticket information and identify productivity improvementsIdentify opportunities to eliminate ticket causesIdentify opportunities for remote resolutionAdhere to all Questeq company policiesQualifications & Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in technically related fieldA+, Network+ and Microsoft technical certifications preferredStrong experience with Apple products and Windows preferred.Experience with leadership & visionExperience with strategic planningFamiliarity with ethics & policiesInstructional focus & familiarity with xijylhu professional developmentExperience with team building & staff developmentClearly defines and consistently communicated staff performance expectationsCreates innovation and supports continuous staff improvementRating, rewarding, and holding staff accountable for achieving specific goalsExtensive experience with Information Technology ManagementFamiliarity with communication and business systems managementExperience with data managementMust possess or be able to pass following clearances: Child Abuse History, Criminal Background Check, and Fingerprinting ClearancesThis is a fulltime, benefited position; medical, dental, vision and a 401k with company matchBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
