Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJoin Production Castings, Inc."”a family-owned leader in precision zinc and aluminum die casting with over 50 years of proven success.At our Fenton facility, we manufacture high-quality components for industries such as automotive, industrial, consumer products, and defense.We offer a stable, team-focused environment where your skills matter, your work is valued, and you have the opportunity to grow with a company built on quality and long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair die casting machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal operationPerform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to minimize downtimeDiagnose mechanical failures and implement effective corrective repairsAssist production teams in minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining production schedulesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationSupport safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environmentSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settingsStrong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery efficientlyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and a proactive approach to safetyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plusAt Production Castings, we value our employees and are dedicated to providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
