You will own significant engineering scope, delivering high-value features while establishing scalable systems and engineering standards.You'll be working at the forefront of AI-driven product development, leveraging modern technologies to build innovative solutions for real-world business challenges.*Key Responsibilities** Build and launch new backend-driven products from zero to one* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape the roadmap and technical direction* Develop scalable systems using modern technologies and frameworks* Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, platforms, and APIs to accelerate product delivery* Establish engineering standards, best practices, and scalable architecture* Contribute to infrastructure development and system reliability* Mentor engineers and support team growth as the organization scales*What We're Looking For** 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping high-quality products at scale* Strong backend development expertise with modern technologies (e.g., TypeScript, PostgreSQL, distributed systems)* Experience working with infrastructure, APIs, and scalable system design* Ability to take high-level product ideas and turn them into production-ready solutions* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments* Collaborative mindset with strong communication and mentoring skills* Passion for building customer-focused products xijylhu and solving complex problems*Nice to Have** Experience with modern data and backend tools (e.g., Prisma, Temporal, Kubernetes, ClickHouse, messaging systems)* Exposure to AI/LLM-based product development*Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $230,000 - $285,000* Equity package* Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)* Opportunity to build cutting-edge products in a high-growth environment*Work Environment*This is an onsite role based in *New York or San Francisco*, offering close collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Pay: $230,000.00 - $285,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
