Role DescriptionThis full-time Construction Superintendent role at NDC is an on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety standards. xijylhu Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, managing material deliveries, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project plans and building codes. QualificationsProficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction SafetyStrong Organization Skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasksExperience in Budgeting and managing project financialsProven ability in Project Management, including scheduling and coordinationEffective leadership and communication skills to manage teamsWorking knowledge of local building codes and regulationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in multifamily housingBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
