If you are a Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career, apply now!Essential Job Functions:Leads, coaches, and evaluates property associates' performance, including the completion of annual performance reviewsAssumes primary responsibility for preliminary interviewing and selection of the property associatesAchieves financial solvency through cost reduction and implementing systems to achieve 0% rent delinquencyParticipates in the preparation of the annual operating budget and maintains budgetary guidelinesDevelops and utilizes sound rent collection procedures, including following up with delinquent accountsMonitors landlord-tenant relations and mediates disputes when necessaryProvides excellent customer service and follow through to residentsDevelops marketing plan to drive traffic to the community and ensure occupancy meets minimum standardsKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Community ManagerExperience xijylhu with Yardi preferredPrior supervisory experience in a management position, which includes annual budget processing, accounting, and interviewing/selection/disciplinary action of employeesAbility to lead staff to meet job duties and expectationsAbility to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees and company contactsAbility to drive between multiple propertiesBasic accounting/financial record keeping knowledge
