Our people-centric culture values collaboration, continuous learning, and thoughtful innovation"”because our people are the engine behind our success.What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Impact)As the IT Manager, you will oversee enterprise IT operations while serving as a strategic partner to both local leadership and our parent company's corporate IT team.Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage IT staff through coaching, performance management, and clear expectationsServe as a member of the RenewAire Executive Team and lead the IT Steering CommitteePartner with corporate IT to align policies, Microsoft licensing, infrastructure, and security standardsDevelop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and future growthLead enterprise and infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and integrationsOversee network, hardware, software, phone systems, security systems, and office technologyManage ERP, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V), SAN, firewalls, and network securityEnsure data protection through disaster recovery, backup procedures, and system auditsSupport manufacturing and production systems, including automated equipmentOversee reporting, database management, and custom report developmentManage vendor relationships and negotiate hardware, software, and service contractsDevelop IT budgets and capital expenditure proposalsProvide hands-on troubleshooting and escalation support when neededWho You AreYou're a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset"”someone who can zoom out to plan and zoom in to solve.You bring:Strong leadership and team development skillsA collaborative approach with cross-functional and global teamsClear, confident communication at all organizational levelsAnalytical thinking and sound judgment in fast-paced environmentsA customer-focused mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitudeThe ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionCuriosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field5+ years of IT experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated experience managing and leading IT teamsHands-on troubleshooting and systems administration experienceStrong understanding of current and emerging technology trendsExperience administering help desk or ticketing systemsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization (preferred)Experience with databases, reporting, and data analysis (preferred)Manufacturing environment experience is a plusWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily on-site and supports both office and production environments.
