Let's work together to make a lasting impact in the world of lending.Compensation:$150,000 - $200,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of mortgage bankers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all applications.Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and achieve sales targets.Provide expert guidance and support to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive lending experience.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and drive business success.Qualifications:Must have an active NMLS license.Must be comfortable with working on-site in Southfield, MI 48033. M-Th 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fri 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.2-3 years of experience originating loans, sales leadership, telemarketing management, or call center supervision.Experience coaching or training sales teams (mortgage experience required).Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable coaching.Comfortable leading a team in a high"‘activity environment.Organized, proactive, and passionate about developing people.About CompanyLakeview Lending is a growing brokerage committed to delivering exceptional loan services to clients.
