Associate Attorney

You'll gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the ability to take ownership of cases from early stages through resolution.We offer flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-office) and a supportive team culture designed to help you succeed and grow your practice.Compensation:$140,000 - $220,000 per year DOEResponsibilities:Manage a caseload of civil litigation and probate litigation matters from intake through pre-trialRepresent clients in disputes involving trusts, estates, and related mattersDraft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, petitions, and discoveryConduct legal research and develop case strategiesHandle discovery, depositions, and motion practiceCommunicate directly with clients, providing legal guidance and strategic adviceCollaborate with attorneys and legal staff to meet deadlines and achieve client goalsQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar license and residency in California required4+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or probate litigationStrong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and negotiationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbout CompanyWeiner Law is a fast-growing estate and litigation firm.
