This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned salesperson with a passion for luxury automobiles.Key Responsibilities:· Deliver a top-tier customer experience, guiding clients through their Lexus vehicle purchase.· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new and repeat business, leveraging both walk-in and internet leads.· Utilize our CRM (VinSolutions) system to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and accurate records.· Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to best serve clients.Qualifications:· Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably with Lexus or Toyota experience.· Proficiency using Vin Solutions.· Strong negotiating and closing skills, with a passion for luxury client service.· Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and a team player.· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Why Join Us?· Competitive pay plan with uncapped earnings potential.
