Family Law Attorney

Salary DOE.*Key Responsibilities:** Represent clients in family law matters, including litigation, negotiation, and mediation* Conduct legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis* Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel* Manage caseload with a high level of independence while collaborating with the team*Requirements: ** Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school* Licensed to practice law in Oregon* Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and court practices* Proficient legal research skills (Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis)* Excellent writing, drafting, communication, and negotiation abilities* Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills* Able to work both independently and collaboratively* Prior legal administrative experience is a plus*Position Details:** In-person role, 32-40 hours per week* Competitive salary: starting at $80,000/year DOE* Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
