The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior and assist.ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternativesSeize opportunities to upsell products when they ariseBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsMonday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm.Office Location: Watervliet, NYRequirements:Requirements and skillsPrevious experience in a customer support roleRegular Weekend xijylhu AvailabilityStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreePI4332c83c3dfb-3631
