Hourly Pay Range:Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) Triage Medical Group LeadLocation: Elmhurst, ILFull Time: 40 hours / weekOffice Hours: Shifts vary Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. NO ON CALL OR HOLIDAYS.What you will do:Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to deliver quality care for assigned clinical area during all days and hours of operation. Provides supervision of staff in absence of the Clinical Supervisor. Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor/Practice Manager to determine work priorities, prepare daily work assignments, and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource person for clinical staff in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison and role model for staff.
