A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Senior IT Manager to join their team in Carson, CA.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.This position is responsible for leading client-facing system integrations (EDI/API), providing technical expertise to Quality Control initiatives, and spearheading the Digital Transformation (DX) roadmap.A bachelor's degree, at least 10 years' experience in 3PL/Logistics, knowledge of WMS, Forwarding System, and EDI standards, experience in Digital Transformation, RPA, and Microsoft 365 data management, strong xijylhu knowledge of SDLC, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is required.This is a full-time, in-person, position with excellent benefits including 401K.
