Warehouse Team Lead

We are looking for a "Warehouse Lead" for a Distribution Center located in Doral, FL.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am- 3:00 pm.Supervise daily warehouse operations, leading a team of staff in tasks like picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety & organization, and optimizing workflows for efficiency, often requiring skills in leadership, problem-solving, and operating equipment like forklifts.They act as a crucial link between staff and management, ensuring timely order fulfillment and adherence to procedures.Lead, train, motivate, and direct warehouse personnel, prioritizing tasks and monitoring performance.Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure proper equipment use.REQUIREMENTS: 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse lead role.Forklift driver (valid license), Reach Truck and stand-up.Reliable and excellent attendance.Fully bilingual, Spanish and English Must be able to pass a national criminal background and a drug test.Able to stand the entire shift.Computer savvy.Provide an updated resume.References will be required of past employers. xijylhu If you feel you meet the qualifications please send us your resume.
