Job Purpose: Helps clients maintain health by developing and implementing nutritious meals; teaching patients food- management techniques.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Duties: Assist dietitians in developing and implementing nutrition care plans Gather and document patient/client dietary information (food intake, allergies, preferences) Monitor and record patients' progress and report changes to the dietitian Provide basic nutrition education to individuals and groups Ensure meals follow specific diet orders (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic, gluten-free) Inspect and help maintain food safety and sanitation standards Support menu planning and food production in healthcare or food service settings Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal preparation and delivery Maintain records and reports related to nutrition services Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and cost control in food service operations Skills/Qualifications: Associates Degree, Food Safety Certification in hand at time of booking, Min 2 yrs of hospital nutrition-related xijylhu work exp or enrolled in education program as approved by dept, Good verbal/written communication & interpersonal skill, Exp w/ computers, including Microsoft Office Suite or internal electronic feeding management system, Good math skills, Department Management, Food preparation, Practice Good Infection Control, Time management skills.
