Join our Dublin, VA clinic and become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to helping individuals improve function and quality of life across the lifespan.This role offers the unique opportunity to build a diverse caseload, expand your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact in a supportive and growth-focused environment.Your Role:As an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will: Evaluate and treat a mixed caseload of pediatric and adult patients Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional performance Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and progress strategies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs and SLPs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systemsRequirementsGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current or eligible Virginia OT license Passion for working with both pediatric and adult populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads welcome to applyWhy Join Our Team?
