We value in-person connections and take a holistic view of each individual, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors into treatment.Compensation:$130,000 - $170,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide psychotherapy-informed psychiatric care, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality psychiatric treatment.Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation with the support of AI-assisted charting tools.Participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base.Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP BC through the ANCC.Active RN and APRN license in Washington.DEA license with Schedule II through V prescribing authority or eligibility.Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric or mental health care.Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.Demonstrated ability to build meaningful patient relationships and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.Commitment to practicing in an in-person clinical setting and engaging fully with patients and the team.About CompanySound Choice Mental Health is a locally rooted, holistic-focused private practice serving the South Puget Sound community, including Lacey and Olympia.
