Join Our Team and Make a Difference in Post-Acute Care "‹We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic Post-Acute Division.This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to our skilled nursing facility patients in the St.Augustine and Jacksonville areas.Internal Medicine Position Responsibilities: Rounding:Monday-Friday rounding on 1-2 buildings per day, depending on census.NP support to assist with patient care.Patient Care:Manage a patient load of 20-22 patients per day.Utilize Nursing Home EMR for efficient charting.Provide comprehensive care to skilled, short-term patients with 3 visits per week. xijylhu Attend to 3-5 buildings as needed.On-Call:Day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM for facilities rounded on that day.Benefits and Compensation:Competitive Compensation: $180K-$220K annual salaryProductivity Bonus: Additional earning potentialGenerous PTO: 15 days of paid time offComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401K through UnitedHealthcareCME Stipend: $2500 annually to support professional development
