Job Description: Palm Health is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled full-time Pathologist because a member is set to retire.This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, providing critical diagnostic services that directly impact patient care.Job Details:Monday- Friday 8 A- 6 P; no weekends/ no callAnticipated Time To Start: April 2025EMR: EPICRoughly 15-30 cases in range (mixture of small biopsies, cyto, GYN, skin including large surgery cases)The medical staff consists of 5 pathologists, 2 part-time pathologists, 3 pathology assistants,PAs perform gross specimens- pathologist solely reads microscope4 Cyto Tech Screeners on staff Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on surgical specimens, biopsies, cytology, and other laboratory tests.Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and tumor boards (if applicable).Oversee and maintain laboratory quality assurance and compliance with accreditation standards.Full-Time Permanent BenefitsCompetitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package, including:100% matching 401(k)Health insurance for you and your dependentsRelocation assistance and sign-on bonus & much more!
