Primary Care or Urgent Care Physician- San Francisco, CAFull-Time or Part Time | $250-320k annual | $250K Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 5 years) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM (8-hour shifts within this window).Saturday flexibility preferred; on-call rotation required.About the Role:Join a leading community health organization committed to high-quality care for diverse populations.As an Primary CAre or Urgent Care Physician- San Francisco, CA Key Responsibilities: Deliver primary, urgent, and specialty OBGYN care in an outpatient clinic setting.Perform exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments; prescribe medications and therapies.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare measures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide continuity of care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training of staff/students.Provide on-call coverage and Saturday clinic on a rotational basis.Qualifications: MD/DO from an accredited medical school.Licensed (or eligible) to practice in California.Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN or Internal Medicine or /"Family Medicine or Urgent Care Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multicultural environment.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with productivity incentives.Up to $250K sign-on bonus (forgivable over 5 years).Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee & dependents.401(k) with employer contribution. xijylhu Generous PTO and CME allowance.Start Date: Anticipated onboarding/credentialing timeframe: late 2025-early 2026.
