A rewarding locum tenens opportunity is available for a dedicated professional in the field of Obstetrics.Join an outpatient clinic and hospital in Burbank, CA, providing comprehensive OBGYN care to an adult patient population.This role requires coverage for both clinic appointments and hospital deliveries.The position offers a flexible schedule with guaranteed daily hours and call duties on weekdays and weekends.Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Hospital Start Date: June 2026 Schedule: Approximately 3-4 days per week, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (start possible at 8:30 AM), plus call duties Patient Population: Adult Location: Burbank, CA Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in both clinical and hospital settings Conduct routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and multiple births Perform office/minor gynecology procedures and surgical gynecology Interpret and perform OB ultrasounds Qualifications Active California license and CA DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency BLS xijylhu and ACLS certifications required Experience in low and high-risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation, and surgical gynecology Working Hours Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 3-4 days per week Call Coverage: 3-4 days a week, potential 24-hour calls Skills Competency in managing low and high-risk pregnancies Proficiency in routine and complicated deliveries Expertise in OB ultrasounds and gynecological procedures Strong decision-making skills for surgical interventions
