Job Description:If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.DescriptionStatus: Full time, 4 days/week Family Practice + 1 day/week Geriatrics, start date 2/16/26 Pay Range: $100.00- $125.00 per hour Position Details: Seeking an experienced Family or Internal Physician who will provide services to underserved communities.This position provides multi-generational care in an environment that promotes excellent support services including dental care, mental health, and social work support.A successful candidate will be responsible for providing the full range of comprehensive outpatient and family practice medical care including direct patient care, multidisciplinary interaction with support services, and other clinical and administrative responsibilities.Job Duties:The physician acts as the Primary Care Provider (PCP) who has been assigned to the care of the patient's immediate medical needs.Undertake medical evaluation, including history and physical examination, laboratory, X-ray, referrals, or other diagnostic studies.Evaluate the patient and develop a problem list.Develop treatment objectives and itiate treatment orders and procedures.Educate and counsel patients to promote positive health behaviors and disease prevention.Work closely with clinical staff in coordinating and obtaining needed services for patients and families.Consult with the Clinical Director, as necessary.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must have a current license to practice medicine in the State of California.Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.Must have a current DEA License.Proficient in English and medical Spanish, preferred.Must possess a current CPR communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.Experience working with Electronic Medical Records.Benefits (for employees working 32 hours per week or more):$500 per year CME Stipend & 5 days of paid CME time per yearLicense & DEA reimbursementLow-cost Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with PPO & HMO optionsRobust Paid Time Off Program (23 days accrued per year for FTEs), PTO accrues upon hire. xijylhu No waiting period to start utilizing PTO.9 Paid Holidays Per YearPaid Jury Duty Time (40 hours per year)Employer-Sponsored Life and Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployer-Sponsored Chiropractic & Acupuncture Visits401k with a 3% Employer ContributionTransportation and Parking SubsidiesTuition Reimbursement ($500 per year)Eligible for Annual Performance Based IncreasesHealth Savings Account with the High Deductible Medical PPO PlanFlexible Spending Accounts for Healthcare, Dependent Care, and Tuition Reimbursement (up to $500 per year)Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Requirements Must maintain state certification and/or licensure.
