Job Description:Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Primary Worksite Name: Hampton VA HospitalPrimary Worksite City: HamptonPrimary Worksite State: VAWorksite Type: Government; Veteran Health System Start Date: March 2025Work Schedule: 7am- 3:30pm Mon- Friday, 1 week on call blocks every 4 weekSupervises CRNAs, 8 beds 5 step down beds (Pulm Critical Care support ICU and Hospitalist manage ventilators), No CT Surgery, no Nureo Surgery (All other surgeries) Most Surgeries are Ambulatory,Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S.Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 monthsPay Information:1099- $300 an hour W2- 500kper year Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications - BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check iBoard Certification Requirements: Certified or EligiblEMR: CPRS systemLicense State: Any State License acceptedWorksite Information: 73 bed hospital, 5 operating rooms Cover GI Clinic 1 Minor Clinic If CNRA is working during procedures or surgeries, then anesthesiologist has to be at the clinic Transfers xijylhu will go to- Sentara Medical Center and Riverside Regional Medical CenteLOCATION-Hampton, VAWork Schedule: 7am- 3:30pm Mon- Friday, 1 week on call blocks every 3 weeks (very light, may be called once a weekSupervises CRNAs, 8 beds 5 step down beds (Pulm Critical Care and Hospitalist manage ICU / ventilators), No CT Surgery, no Neurosurgery (All other surgeries) Most Surgeries are Ambulatory,
