Hourly Pay Range:The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.$40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse EducatorLocation: Elmhurst, ILFull timeHours: 6:30a to 3p M-FWhat you will do:The clinical nurse educator fosters the achievement of learning by diverse learners. Serves as educator, facilitator, change agent, consultant, researcher and leader. Works collaboratively with unit management to ensure program development, implementation and evaluation.What you will need:Education:BSNMSN preferredCertification/License:IL RN LicenseCPR BLS through American Heart AssociationCertification in the area of specialty preferredExperience:Minimum five years of previous clinical experienceA very high level of analytical ability is required. Incumbents must collect, analyze and interpret data in order to solve problems requiring a professional level of knowledge in a specific discipline and/or design complex clinical or administrative systems and programs.A high level of communication skill is required in order to lead, teach, and persuade others and/or interact effectively with others in very difficult situations.Assignments are received in the form of broad goals or areas of responsibility.
