In this position, you'll design, develop, and support secure, scalable web applications, APIs, and integrations. We're after a strategic problem-solver who can spearhead development efforts, collaborate across departments, and maintain high standards for performance and security. You'll work side-by-side with our other Senior Developers to craft thoughtful programmatic solutions. The upside? Insurance is an industry ripe for technological transformation. Many platforms in this space still grapple with one-way communication, fragmented workflows, inefficiencies, and frustrating user experiences giving you ample opportunity to drive meaningful change.*Responsibilities** Architect, develop, and maintain scalable *web applications*.* Develop API integrations with third-party platforms, including third party systems.* Ensure secure data handling, authentication, and user role management.* Optimize code performance and implement best security practices.* Oversee backend processes, database management, and server-side logic.* Work on your own assigned dedicated projects.* Work closely with operators to translate business needs into technical solutions.*Required Skills & Experience** *3+ years of full-stack development experience* in modern web frameworks.* *Frontend:* Proficiency in *React.js, Vue.js, or Angular*.* *Backend:* Strong expertise in *Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel)*.* *Databases:* Experience with *MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Firebase*.* *APIs & Integrations:* RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CRM integrations.* *Security:* Authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT), email obfuscation techniques, and data encryption.* *DevOps:* Experience with *AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase* for deployment and scaling.* *CI/CD:* Hands on experience building and maintaining automated pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for testing, integration, and deployment.* *Version Control:* GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.*Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of *event-driven architecture* and real-time data processing.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.*Why Medicare One Stop?** Real growth opportunities.* Genuine control over programming outcomes.
