Position SummaryThe Director of the Magnet Program provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's pursuit and sustainment of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program. This role is accountable for enterprise-wide Magnet program, alignment with organizational priorities, and sustained performance across all Magnet model components.
