The complexity of procedures ranges from routine to moderate to difficult. The student technician at this level receives guidance and instruction from all levels of staff members at all times.BonusThis position is bonus eligible, follow this link for details"‹.AccountabilitiesLearns to make assessment of the needs of the patient and the surgeon by using physician's preference cards, policy and procedure manuals, and knowledgeable peers. - 20%Scrubs with assistance or supervision and recognizes personal skill level. - 20%Develops OR nursing care plans by working with RN V, ST IV, Asst.
