LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with our New Jersey based technology client, is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.This position is fully onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Fully remote candidates will be considered to work solely on a temporary basis.  Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and supplier agreementsHandling a high volume of contractsUploading and tracking contracts in the CMSManaging projectsAdvising on contract requirements and complianceWorking collaboratively with various cross-functional teamsRequirements: •       5+ years of significant contract negotiation experience •       Construction industry experience preferred •       Licensed in NJ (or in state of residence for remote candidates) •       Excellent communication skillsThe anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $55 and $65/hour depending on experience.
