LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Tampa to hire a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to join a collaborative, professional, and highly respected team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and closingsDraft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, leases, amendments, and closing bindersPrepare and manage closing checklists and coordinate closing activitiesHandle title and survey reviews, UCC searches, and due diligence materialsMaintain and organize case files and manage document storageManage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client communicationsEnsure accurate filing and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines Requirements:3+ years of experience as a legal assistant in commercial real estate lawFamiliarity with real estate transaction documents, title/survey review, and closing processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systemsStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTo Apply:Submit your resume today for immediate consideration.
