Temporary Litigation AssistantLocation: San Francisco, CAJob Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Contract (1-2 Month Assignment)Compensation: $30 - $40 per hourLHH is working with an international firm in seeking a highly skilled Temporary Litigation Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This onsite role in San Francisco is a 1-2 Month Assignment offering $30-$40 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in insurance defense or coverage litigation and be well-versed in Federal and California court procedures.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, court filings, calendaring, and trial preparation.Manage and coordinate electronic filings in Federal and California courts.Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents with a high level of accuracy.Maintain case files, track deadlines, and support attorneys with scheduling and docketing.Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multiple attorneys in litigation defense.Extensive knowledge of Federal and California electronic court filing systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Prior experience in insurance defense or coverage litigation preferred.Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hourSearch managed by: Isaiah Dunn Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
