Maintenance Technician

ITS is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, efficient, and running smoothly. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting facility operations while contributing to food safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshoot mechanical systems and suggest solutions Assist with welding, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and risk assessments Conduct facility inspections and support continuous improvement efforts Pitch in across departments, including kitchen and warehouse, when necessary Attend team meetings and contribute professionally Requirements: 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting Electrical troubleshooting is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical schematics Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a team-first attitude Apply Now for Immediate Consideration!!!
