Employment Law/Litigation Attorney Location: Irvine, CA Position Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire, Hybrid, Full-Time or Part-TimePay Rate: $90/u2013$110/hourLHH is working with a prestigious law firm in Irvine, CA seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a strong background in litigation to assist with a growing caseload involving both single-plaintiff matters and class/representative actions. This is a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-regarded firm based in Irvine. Responsibilities:Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationAdvise clients on employment law matters, including wage and hour issues, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful terminationDraft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaAppear in court and at mediations, arbitrations, and depositionsManage multiple cases efficiently and with minimal oversightQualifications:3+ years of employment law and litigation experience, including class/representative PAGA actionsExcellent legal research and writing skillsExperience managing discovery and taking/defending depositionsStrong communication and organizational skillsCalifornia Bar membership in good standingPay Details: $90.00 to $110.00 per hourSearch managed by: Isaiah Dunn Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
