You'll oversee a skilled team of Maintenance Technicians, prioritize work orders, manage inventory, and ensure our beautiful community stays in top shape "” all while delivering the highest level of service to our residents. This is a role for someone who knows the ropes, leads by example, and believes that excellence starts with the details. Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Maintenance TechniciansCoordinate service requests and prioritize work orders for efficient resolutionPerform regular property inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained communityManage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support daily operationsEnsure compliance with safety standards, policies, and proceduresPartner with leadership on budgeting and strategic planningRespond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance requestsLead by example, setting a high standard for professionalism, skill, and resident satisfaction What You Bring:Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance or related fields, preferably in a supervisory roleLeadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills "” you inspire, coach, and get resultsTechnical Knowledge: Solid expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance proceduresSkills: Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentMindset: Resourceful, proactive, and calm under pressure "” you get it done right the first timeExtras: Valid driver's license; EPA Certification and CPO required At The Preserve at Tech, we know that maintenance is the heart of a great community.
