LHH is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for an exciting opportunity with a reputable firm located in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactionsDraft and review contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documentsConduct title and survey reviews, due diligence, and zoning researchCoordinate closings, including preparing closing binders and managing post-closing documentationCommunicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other third partiesOrganize and maintain transaction files and documentation Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate ParalegalStrong knowledge of commercial real estate transaction processes and documentationProficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment Why Apply Through LHH?LHH connects talented legal professionals with top employers across the country.
