Contract Trial Paralegal

LHH is looking for a litigation paralegal in Los Angeles, CA. The qualified candidate will be open to long term contract work, part time hours 30 hours per week, with 5+ years of experience and excellent stability in past roles.Responsibilities: •         Discovery, arbitrations, document production, deposition prep, and trials in complex cases. •         Draft complex legal documents, trial prep from beginning to end, cite checking, litigation and exhibit binders and experience with defense litigation highly preferred. •         Federal and state e-filing.Experience: •         6+ years as a litigation paralegal with trial experience (defense). •         eDiscovery experience plus •         Experience with Relativity, Westlaw, and Lexis/Nexis. •         Experience with Cite-Checking and Blue Booking.Qualifications: •         100% ONSITE •         Bachelor/u2019s degree (preferred) •         Long term part time contract work          The hourly range is estimated to be $30-40 hourly and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hourSearch managed by: Donnell Murray Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
