LHH is currently partnering with a well-respected law firm in Jacksonville, FL, to recruit a Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in personal injury litigation, particularly slip and fall cases. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal support professional to join a dynamic and supportive legal team. Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys handling personal injury litigation mattersDraft, format, and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documentsManage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and client meetingsCoordinate and maintain case files, medical records, and correspondenceAssist with trial preparation and case organizationCommunicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counselQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of litigation legal assistant experience, specifically in personal injury lawStrong knowledge of Florida court procedures and filing systemsProficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience handling slip and fall cases is required Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growth If you're a dedicated legal professional with a background in personal injury and litigation support, we'd love to hear from you.
