LHH is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive legal assistant/paralegal in Jacksonville, FL. This is a dynamic opportunity for a legal professional who excels in managing complex property matters, including contract preparation, lease documentation, title research, and zoning compliance. Key Responsibilities:Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents related to commercial real estate, including leases, purchase contracts, and title summaries.Compile and maintain comprehensive transaction files, ensuring all materials are accurate, organized, and readily accessible.Oversee timelines and key deliverables for ongoing projects, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external partners to facilitate information gathering and provide status updates.Conduct in-depth legal research to support property transactions and due diligence processes.Maintain detailed and confidential records across all active real estate matters. Qualifications:Bachelor/u2019s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; paralegal certification preferred.Prior experience supporting legal matters in commercial real estate is strongly preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing clear, accurate legal documents.Strong understanding of commercial real estate processes, including contracts, leasing, title issues, and zoning.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced legal environment.Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative legal team.
