Contracts Attorney

LHH is working with a company seeking a remote Contract Specialist to support its commercial legal operations. This role will focus on managing contracts. ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including sales and vendor contracts.Manage NDAs, service agreements, and renewals with a focus on ARR/MRR.Maintain and update standardized templates to support scalable operations.Assess contract risks and negotiate key SaaS-related terms.Serve as a key contact for internal teams on contract issues and processes.QualificationsBachelor/u2019s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; JD or paralegal certification a plus.3/u20136 years of contract experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally.Experience with tools like Salesforce, Conga, Google Suite, and Slack.Must sit on the East Coast Pay: $45-$55/hour Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jessica Haines Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
