Litigation Paralegal Location: San Diego, CA Position Type: Contract, Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite), Full-TimePay Rate: Up to $45/hourA San Diego-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a 3-month contract assignment. This is a hybrid position requiring 2/u20133 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong experience supporting litigation teams in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with case management from pre-litigation through trialPrepare, organize, and maintain trial and deposition exhibitsHandle state and federal court e-filing procedures accurately and efficientlyDraft legal documents, correspondence, and discoveryMaintain and organize case files and calendarsCoordinate with outside vendors, witnesses, and court personnel as neededRequirements:Paralegal Certificate requiredMinimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experienceProficient in e-filing in state and federal courtsSkilled in trial and deposition exhibit preparationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work settingPay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jane Masino Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
