Job Description

LHH is recruiting a Probate Paralegal for the Cleveland Office of a regional law firm.  Four days a week in office.  Benefits:   Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Parking Stipend Responsibilities: Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing necessary filings and correspondence. Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Coordinate asset transfers, distributions, and funding of trusts. Draft and file court documents related to estate and trust matters. Communicate directly with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate estate and trust administration. Qualifications: A minimum of four years of experience of being a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, preferably with high-net-worth clients. Strong background in probate and trust administration. Experience preparing federal estate tax returns is a plus.
