Commercial Real Estate ParalegalSalary: $70,000/u2013$85,000 DOESchedule: Full-time, onsite (M/u2013F, 8:30/u20135:00)Location: Onsite with exceptional amenities including free parking, meals, fitness perks, and wellness servicesLHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support our client/u2019s dynamic legal team and a robust commercial real estate portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing title and survey reviews, coordinating closings, and maintaining corporate and property records. You/u2019ll collaborate across departments on leasing, acquisitions, and construction matters, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve title and survey issuesCoordinate with surveyors and title agentsManage due diligence and closing documentation for acquisitions and dispositionsDraft and track estoppels, SNDAs, default notices, and lease abstractsSupport contract and vendor management, including construction agreementsMaintain legal entity records and assist with corporate governance filingsCollaborate with internal teams on tenant matters and lease compliancePreferred Qualifications:3+ years of commercial real estate legal experience handling projects from inception to closing and post-closingConstruction background is extremely helpfulStrong command of title/survey analysis and lease documentationFamiliarity with YARDI software is a plusExceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communicationsParalegal certificate and bachelor/u2019s degree or equivalent preferredAll candidate offers are contingent upon clearing a criminal background checkHIRING IMMEDIATELY!
