Impulsum Inc. is now offering an Entry Level Sales Associate position developing sales and business leadership skills. The main objective of the position is to form new business opportunities following proven processes to prospect business leads and close new accounts. We are seeking professionals who would like to take their "winning mindsets" and apply them to lucrative sales/marketing and business careers within our company. Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization's development. Our Entry Level Sales team is responsible for generating new customers for our clients. Your job is critical to our success, therefore we compensate you accordingly! We offer great guaranteed training with commissions for all of our Sales Associates. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities Will Include: Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals Work with all divisional departments on requested management Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for the achievement of sales goals Retention of existing accounts Daily attendance at client or office meetings while maintaining a social distance Skills Desired for our Entry Level Sales Associate: Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills Confident and positive attitude expressed with a genuinely sincere tone Adaptive to change Investing in building team members and their performance Ability to lead a conversation Demonstrate personal responsibility (i.e., attendance, punctuality, ownership of day-to-day activities Educational/Experience Requirements: 1-2 Years in a Client/Customer facing role (Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Services is preferred but not required) High school diploma or GED Good customer service and/or sales skills or prior experience Demonstrated job stability Solid communication skills and ability to learn A successful track record of developing, enhancing, and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external clients
